Deckward is operated by Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory FZ-LLC, licence no. 47036759 and registration no. 0000004095797, issued by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what we do with what you upload and what we hold about you. It is written in plain language on purpose.
The short version
You upload developer material, we turn it into a project page at your own address, and we host it while your account is open. We do not sell your material, we do not pass it to other agents, and we do not use it to train anything.
What we hold about you
- Your name, email address and the agency you work for.
- The projects you create and the addresses they live at.
- The email address you buy with, and the record that a payment succeeded.
What you upload
Brochures, films, images and notes, and the page we build from them. We hold these so that the page works. We do not publish your material anywhere except on your own project page, and we do not share it with other users.
Your project pages are public
A project page is a web address you send to clients. Anyone holding that address can open it. Do not put anything on a page that you would not send to a client, and remember that a page can be forwarded.
What we do not do
We do not track your clients, build profiles of them, or tell you who opened your page and when. Deckward turns files into a page; it is not an analytics product.
Who else is involved
- Our hosting provider runs the service and stores the files.
- Our payment provider processes payments. Your card number never reaches us.
Neither is permitted to use your material for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Your projects and uploads are held while your account is open. If you delete a project we remove the page and the files behind it. If you close your account we delete everything within thirty days.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and take your pages down. Write to privacy@deckward.app.
Cookies
The Deckward site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this page we will change the date at the top, and if the change matters we will email you.
