These terms apply when you use Deckward. Deckward is operated by Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory FZ-LLC, licence no. 47036759 and registration no. 0000004095797, issued by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates, referred to below as we or us.
What Deckward does
You upload the material a developer sent you. We read the developer, the project, the location, the unit types and sizes, the starting prices, the payment plan and the handover date, and lay them out as one project page at your own address. Anything we cannot find is left blank for you to fill in rather than guessed.
Price
Nineteen dollars a month for up to ten live projects and sixty minutes of film, or forty nine dollars a month for fifty projects and three hundred minutes. The first project is free.
Refunds
If Deckward is not working for you, write to contact@deckward.app within fourteen days of paying and we will refund you in full, with no questions asked. You do not have to give a reason.
After fourteen days you can stop at the end of any month and we will not charge you again. We do not refund part of a month that has already run. If we take a payment in error we refund it in full whenever you tell us.
The material you upload
This is the part that matters most, so it is set out plainly. The material belongs to the developer, not to us and not to you. By uploading it you confirm that you are authorised to market the project and to reproduce that material for that purpose.
You remain responsible for what appears on your page, including prices, payment plans and handover dates. We remove a page on notice from a rights holder, and we may remove one that is plainly not yours to publish.
Accuracy
We read what the files say. We do not verify prices, availability, sizes or dates with the developer, and figures move. Check the page before you send it, and keep it current afterwards.
What we promise, and what we do not
We will keep your pages online while your account is open, and we will fix faults that are ours as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not promise the service will never be interrupted, and we are not responsible for failures of the internet or of a third party such as our host or our payment provider.
We are not responsible for a sale that does not happen, for a client acting on a figure that has since moved, or for a dispute between you and a developer. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under a law that applies to you and cannot be set aside by agreement.
Fair use
The plans are priced per user. Sharing one account across an agency, or reselling access, is not permitted. We may end an account that does this, and we refund the unused part of the month.
Ending it
You may stop at any time. When your account closes your pages come down, so send clients anything they still need before that.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top, and if the change matters we will email you before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
